Responsibilities

As a Safety Manager in Fairless Hills, PA, you’ll lead the charge in building a culture where safety is more than a priority — it’s a core value. You’ll ensure best practices are implemented, compliance standards are met, and every team member goes home safe each day.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily site safety inspections and audits.
  • Monitor construction activities for compliance with safety requirements.
  • Identify hazards and help implement corrective actions.
  • Support incident prevention through field presence and safety coaching.
  • Complete safety reports and documentation using Procore.
  • Participate in safety meetings and project coordination activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction safety experience.
  • Data center experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of excavation, steel erection, rigging, concrete, fall protection, and electrical construction.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and project management software.
  • Ability to walk a large active construction site daily.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required 
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
