Responsibilities

HazTek Safety Management is seeking an HSE Administrative Coordinator to support a large-scale construction project. This role provides administrative, documentation, and reporting support to the on-site HSE team. Safety field experience is not required; however, familiarity with HSE documentation and compliance processes is preferred.

 

  • Provide administrative and documentation support to the project HSE team

  • Maintain and update HSE records, policies, procedures, and site documentation

  • Enter, track, and report safety data including project hours, SORs, incidents, and injury rates

  • Support compliance recordkeeping, audits, and reporting requirements

  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, calendars, and site logistics

  • Prepare reports, presentation materials, and meeting minutes

  • Support HSE software systems (PIMS, Intelex) and data accuracy


Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • Administrative or project coordination experience in construction or industrial environments

  • Experience supporting HSE documentation, programs, or compliance recordkeeping preferred

  • Comfortable using technology, databases, and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with construction safety standards preferred but not required

  • OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong communication and time-management skills

  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
