Come make an impact as a Safety Manager near Grand Haven, MI! Help support specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

• Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
• Oversee high hazard/risk activities
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
• Conduct daily safety meetings, audits, and inspections
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)

• Minimum 8-10 years of direct construction safety experience required
• Active BCSP certification required (CHST and or CSP highly preferred)
• OSHA 510 required
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
