The Safety Specialist in Doylestown, PA supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

• Oversee day-to-day safety on commercial construction projects, ensuring full OSHA compliance

• Lead daily safety meetings and toolbox talks

• Conduct jobsite audits, inspections, and hazard assessments

• Investigate incidents and prepare accident reports with corrective actions

• Verify proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment by all personnel

• Inspect and monitor power tools, heavy equipment, and high-risk operations

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience

• OSHA 30-Hour in Construction (required)

• First Aid/CPR certification (required)

• Strong working knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations

• Hands-on experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation safety

• Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills

• OSHA 500 certification and/or additional credentials (CHST, CSP) a plus
