The Senior Safety Manager in Rahway, NJ supports specific client and project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

• Oversee all aspects of a pharmaceutical construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Ability to build a safety team and culture
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Ability to connect with directors and trades
• Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation

• Minimum 10 years direct commercial construction safety experience required
• Great leadership and interpersonal skills
• Owner's Representative experience 
• OSHA 30 hour in Construction as well as OSHA 510
• CHST or CSP destination preferred
• Expert knowledge of construction safety standards
• Experience developing a Corporate Health and Safety Plan
